1. Description of Service
The Service provides automated SMS (text message) notifications related to equipment monitoring. These messages may include equipment alarms, system warnings, environmental conditions, maintenance alerts, and other operational notifications when specific conditions are triggered.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number or enrolling in the Service, you consent to receive automated text messages from Peak Rentals related to equipment monitoring and operational alerts.
- Message frequency will vary depending on equipment activity and system conditions
- Messages may be sent at any time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
3. Message & Data Rates
Peak Rentals does not charge for this Service. However, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe
- Log in to the notification portal: https://peakview.rentpeak.com/
- Contact the Peak Rentals corporate office
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications from the Service.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current contact information
- Maintain a mobile device capable of receiving SMS messages
- Keep your notification preferences up to date
Failure to receive or review messages does not relieve you of responsibility for monitoring, operating, or maintaining equipment.
6. Service Limitations
The Service is intended to support operational awareness but does not replace proper monitoring, safety procedures, or maintenance practices.
Peak Rentals does not guarantee that messages will be delivered, received, or read in real time. Delivery may be affected by:
- Cellular network availability
- Carrier delays
- Device issues
- Signal coverage
- System outages
